[ruby/win32ole] Rename WIN32OLE::VARIANT
as WIN32OLE::VariantType
Prevent name clash with `WIN32OLE::Variant`, of generated document files on case-insensitive filesystems, such as Windows. https://github.com/ruby/win32ole/commit/049e5f0a6e
