Felix Lionardo ef2200e327 QNX desktop support ...

Adds functionality to communicate with a desktop manager. This feature
is only enabled if "desktop" is added to the QT_QPA_PLATFORM environment
variable (e.g., "QT_QPA_PLATFORM=qnx:no-fullscreen:desktop").
