To work around path length limiations, Qt Creator optionally uses junction points to shorten the build directories. This however breaks examples that require sources outside their 'root' directory. QUIP 13 states that examples should be self-contained. Anyhow, fixing this is a larger effort, so for now just disable junction points in Qt Creator for these examples. These examples demonstrate the fundamental aspects of network programming with Qt. Documentation for these examples can be found via the Examples link in the main Qt documentation.
