Mark QtLoader as critical with "execute-external-code" due to
library loading in:
-loadQtLibraries()
-loadLibraryHelper()
-loadMainLibrary()
-loadLibraries()
QtLoader also parses library paths in:
-parseNativeLibrariesDir()
