Cristian Le 267b1f2532 Add qt_feature_alias 
Unlike chaining a feature into its `CONDITION`, it has a guaranteed
one-to-one equivalence with the original target.

- An alias cannot be set if the main feature is already set
- Multiple aliases of a feature cannot be set at the same time
