Tor Arne Vestbø 0768920dbd Remove ifdefs for supporting Mac OS <= 10.5
Qt5 requires Mac OS 10.6, so we can remove checks such as
if MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED >= MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_6
