Christian Ehrlicher 03ea1ebbe5 QCommonStyle: sync CT_SpinBox with subControlRect() ...

The size calculation for CT_SpinBox was out-of-sync with the rects
calculated in subControlRect() for SC_SpinBoxUp/Down.
