Lars Schmertmann 36b5854af5 Android: Bump androix dependency to 1.16.0 ...

The Android target API level was bumped to 35 in
997a1fae98d35cd0d4d16f37ab68afe2729ff551 so we can
bumb the version of the androidx dependency too.
