The use of REUSE.toml files was introduced in REUSE version 3.1.0a1.
This reuse version is compatible with reuse specification

VxWorks uses non-standard libraries naming and merges some other
together. To fix this, in order to detect libdrm library, an alternative
name needs to be used on VxWorks: `gfxLibDRM`, and search for
`gfxMesaEGL` which contains `gbm` library symbols. This will enable
building `eglfs_kms` plugin.

Add the unified PlatformGraphics module, which looks for either Integrity
or VxWorks platform graphics.
The PlatformGraphics module creates the interface
PlatformGraphics::PlatformGraphics target which links the respective
platform graphics target. It's expected that from the platform graphics
targets to deliver the consistent subset of definitions, libraries,
include directories, compiler and linker flags and also the special
<platform>_REQUIRED_<LIBRARIES|INCLUDES|DEFINITIONS> variables.
The <platform>_REQUIRED_<LIBRARIES|INCLUDES|DEFINITIONS> variables are
consumed by the PlatformGraphics::PlatformGraphics and stored in the
respective _qt_internal_platform_graphics_required_<type> property, to
access the value without scope limitations. The property then is
checked by the EGL and GLESv2 modules(this can be done elsewhere too)
and is appended to the CMAKE_REQUIRED_<type> variable before running
the respective compiler checks.

Add the USE_XCB_<component>_STATIC switches that force using the
static versions of xcb components if necessary.
The xcb components needs to be built with -fPIC option, to make the
static linking possible.
When Qt is built staticaly USE_XCB_<component>_STATIC needs to be
passed to the application command line, since in static case xcb
libraries are resolved and linked when configuring application, but
not when building Qt.

This introduces two new function that cleans up the sanitizer flags
and disable linking of the sanitizer libraries.
The qt_internal_skip_sanitizer function clears the sanitizer flags that
are set in CMAKE_<C|CXX>_FLAGS variables by ECMEnableSanitizers.cmake.
qt_internal_skip_linking_sanitizer collects all targets that are
created in subdirectory and disables linking the asan targets.
The asan target linking can be also disabled by setting
SKIP_SANITIZER on specific target.

available in CMake, and loading the

- Currently we manually unpack all platform libraries,
that are required for GUI apps, and pack it into single eglmegapack.a library.
It could be better do not execute such additional step,
but have possibility to add required graphical libs
to cmake interface lib via toolchain file list variable.

On QNX 7.1 x86drm.h is located under <...>/usr/include/libdrm, unlike
linux where it's present under /usr/include.
find_path would not find it on QNX, and instead get /usr/include from
host, which resulted in a failure to compile.

Tegra has drm.h header in include/drm instead of include/libdrm
Both paths are defined in libdrm.pc, but those are not used since this
cmake file searches only for xf86drm.h.

If we don't add the executable used by the custom_target and/or
custom_command to list of the command's/target's dependencies
(DEPENDS) the generated file will not update should the executable
change.
