a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

It takes multiple source models and concatenates their rows into a single model.
With full unit tests.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] New class QConcatenateTablesProxyModel, to
concatenate the rows from multiple source models.
