71130a16f8 CMake: Work around upstream AUTOGEN issue with discarded dependencies
Upstream CMake has a nasty bug where AUTOGEN dependencies are
discarded if a library is added as a dependency more than once (or
rather the number of times it is added is not equal to the number of
configured build configs).

This can result in racy build failures, where a <module>_autogen
target is supposed to depend on some <other_module>_sync_headers
target, but doesn't, and thus moc generates empty metatypes files
because it can't find a synced header.

To avoid the AUTOGEN dependencies from being discarded, manually
add all dependencies passed to qt_internal_extend_target to the
AUTOGEN_TARGET_DEPENDS property.

The issue is fixed in CMake 4.0, so the workaround is gated on the
cmake version used. Add a flag called
QT_NO_AUTOGEN_DISCARDED_DEPENDENCIES_WORKAROUND to disable the
workaround, in case the fix gets reverted upstream.

2c0120d35b Add the support for custom definitions to the qt_manual_moc function
The function now support two new arguments:
 - DEFINITIONS, which allows specifying the custom definitions
 - TARGETS, the list of targets thart will be used to collect
   the [INTERFACE_]INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES and COMPILE_DEFINITIONS.

26f0eaba52 do not override initial AUTOMOC_MACRO_NAMES value
The CMake documentation states that the AUTOMOC_MACRO_NAMES property of
a target is initially set to CMAKE_AUTOMOC_MACRO_NAMES, so do not
override it in qt_enable_autogen_tool.
Instead, append the extra macro names not set by the upstream CMake
CMAKE_AUTOMOC_MACRO_NAMES variable.

Add a test for this.

7e82577680 Retire the qt_parse_all_arguments
This replaces the qt_parse_all_arguments macro with the built-in
`cmake_parse_arguments(PARSE_ARGV`. In addition, a new function,
_qt_internal_validate_all_args_are_parsed, can be used to check whether
any _UNPARSED_ARGUMENTS have been passed to the function.

a0f9aef11b Long live Q_GADGET_EXPORT!
Like Q_NAMESPACE_EXPORT for Q_NAMESPACE, this variant of Q_GADGET
allows passing an export macro. This is useful to avoid exporting the
whole class just to get the staticMetaObject hidden therein exported.

Before anyone asks: No, we don't need Q_OBJECT_EXPORT, because QObject
subclasses, being polymorphic, always need to have a class-level
export macro (to export their vtable), but while that technique also
works for value classes (the Q_GADGET audience), it is not desirable
for them, because it makes inline functions exported in Windows debug
builds, which is not what we want, because it needlessly restricts
what you can to with the inline functions (e.g. remove).

[ChangeLog][QtCore] Added the Q_GADGET_EXPORT macro, which is like
Q_GADGET, but allows passing an export macro (like Q_NAMESPACE_EXPORT
for Q_NAMESPACE).

d57ccd923f Add framework paths when generating moc manually
In apple systems it's necessary to pass the framework paths to the moc
generator to resolve required header files. We need to collect framework
paths for all INCLUDE_DIRECTORY_TARGETS and add them to the command line
of the moc generator.

e5a8623032 Add arguments to 'qt_manual_moc' to resolve 'moc' includes
'qt_manual_moc' doesn't provide include paths for 'moc' command to
substitute required macros. This change adds the
'INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES' and 'INCLUDE_DIRECTORY_TARGETS' arguments to
the 'qt_manual_moc' function.
If 'INCLUDE_DIRECTORY_TARGETS' is specified, 'qt_manual_moc'
collects 'INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES' of provided targets and
uses them as the 'moc' include directories.

44cce1a2ea CMake: Split QtBuild.cmake into smaller files
QtBuild.cmake is huge. Split it.

Move module, plugin, tools, executables and test related functions out
of QtBuild.cmake into separate files.
Do the same for many other things too.

An additional requirement is that all the new Helpers files only
define functions and macros.
No global variable definitions are allowed, nor execution of commands
with side effects.

Some notes:
qt_install_qml_files is removed because it's dead code.

Some functions still need to be figured out, because they are
interspersed and depend on various global state assignments.
