Doc: Improve documentation for QMetaEnum::metaType()

Rephrase hard-to-read sentence.

Replace 'integral type;  with 'numeric type', as this seems
to be the terminology in the standard:

  The type-specifier-seq of an enum-base shall name an integral type

Finally, no need to use \sa for a method that is mentioned right before.
