Brush up tst_QStyle

- Remove member m_testWidget; instantiate test widget on the
  stack where needed
- Introduce nullptr
- Use range-based for
- Streamline some code
- Fix static invocation
- Fix class structure, add override
- Use initializer lists
- Fix some style issues
