Add QEventLoop::ProcessEventsFlag::ApplicationExec

The wasm event dispatcher needs to differentiate between
top-level QCoreApplication::exec() and QEventLoop::exec()
calls.

Add the “ApplicationExec” enum value. The value is
undocumented, like EventLoopExec and DialogExec.
