Windows: Restore window geometry after normal->maximized->fullscreen->normal.

- Do not save geometry when going from maximized->fullscreen
- Use SW_SHOWNA instead SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE as otherwise the
  maximized geometry is restored.
- Add a test for Windows.
