Add a note to QFormDataPartBuilder::setBodyDevice

If the body is sequential, QNAM::post should be called after body has
emitted finished.

As this is already mentioned in the documentation of
QHttpPart::setBodyDevice it probably won't hurt to mention it here
as well.
