tests: blacklist a few tests on Ubuntu 24.04 GNOME Wayland

* tst_QTreeView::styleOptionViewItem()

There is a bug in GNOME 46.0 on Ubuntu 24.04 Wayland when showing
a maximized or fullscreen window.
