Windows/Direct2D platform plugins: Add Q_DECL_OVERRIDE.

Replace old virtual declarations by Q_DECL_OVERRIDE where
applicable.
Errors discovered: QWindowsScreen::primaryOrientation() did not
overwrite any method, changed to orientation().
