re-enable qabstractnetworkcache autotest

I have run the test 250 times in each of these configs with no
crashes observed, so assuming the instability has been fixed
by another change.
ubuntu 11.10 64 bit
ubuntu 10.04 32 bit
windows 7 msvc2010 64 bit (debug)
windows 7 msvc2010 32 bit (release)
