CMake: Use a unique resource identifier in simpletreemodel example

To avoid the following error:

 The custom command generating
    .rcc/qrc_editabletreemodel.cpp
  is attached to multiple targets:
    editabletreemodel
    editabletreemodel_tester
  but none of these is a common dependency of the other(s).  This is
  not allowed by the Xcode "new build system".
