Extend qIsInf() and friends to handle integral types sensibly
[ChangeLog][QtCore] qIsInf(), qIsNaN() and qIsFinite() now, like std::isinf() and friends, accept integral types (returning false, false and true, respectively) as well as floating-point ones.
