tst_QHashFunctions: use actual seed in consistent() test function
We were only ever testing with a 0 seed, even though the function was called for all QFETCH_GLOBAL seeds. Add the seed. Amends 5e93361888e3d2b03e7b6da19517b44e0239fb47.
