QtMiscUtils: add some more character helpers
isHexDigit, isOctalDigit, isAsciiDigit, isAsciiLower, isAsciiUpper, isAsciiLetterOrNumber. This de-duplicates some code through out. Rename two local lambdas that were called "isAsciiLetterOrNumber" to not conflict with the method in QtMiscUtils.
