Fix the issue with setting the QT_BUILDING_QT

`TYPE` argument is not a thing, and if it is there, QT_BUILDING_QT is
set to `TRUE;CACHE;TYPE;STRING;When this is present and set to true, it
signals that we are building Qt from source.` instead of `TRUE`.
