Make F11 the fullscreen keyboard shortcut on Gnome (as on KDE & Windows)

This seems to agree with current Gnome documentation.

[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes][Linux] The fullscreen keyboard
shortcut is now F11 on Gnome, not Ctrl-F11.
