Clean up qnoncontiguousbytedevice.cpp
Mostly applying clang-format and clang-tidy fixits for: - Redundant code (e.g. bool == true/false) - Use member initializer list - std::move for parameters taken by copy Change-Id: I3b9a7f01db67291f889b42346a95c55ad74f054c Reviewed-by: Marc Mutz <marc.mutz@qt.io>
