Doc: CSS: Add styling for content generated with \legalese command
Even though the \legalese command is no longer used in Qt 5 documentation as it doesn't support collating legalese texts across modules, it may still be useful for stand-alone doc projects. Add CSS rules so the \legalese text is styled similarly to code blocks, to make it stand out from the rest of the content.
