Remove QT_NO_GEOM_VARIANT

It was used by the bootstrap library, but it no longer uses QVariant at
all since cdbc76360ae4c12b25923a7cb392355a6485fc70.

Drive-by:
- remove unused qdebug.h include from qsettings.cpp
- put the GEOM includes with the other includes and sort them
