dns: add resolvePtr to query plain DNS PTR records
Resolving plain PTR records is used beyond reverse DNS, most prominently with DNS-SD (RFC6763). This adds dns.resolvePtr(), and uses it (instead of dns.reverse()) in dns.resolve().
