Remove extra MariaDB- from binary tar.gz file name

scripts/make_binary_distribution.sh:
  Remove extra MariaDB- from binary tar.gz file name
sql/mysqld.cc:
  Print server version name to .err file on crash (to ensure people paste also that when they report a crash)
